SHIPPING & RETURNS

Sunshine Lo Enterprise

Most local delivery service providers are currently experiencing shipping and delivery delays, delivery of orders may take up to 5-7 business days. If you are experiencing a delivery issue with your order, please contact your local delivery provider.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday ONLY. Orders placed on the weekend and Holidays are processed on the following business days.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order may be delayed.

​

Addresses are not manually entered, therefore the address applied at checkout will be the same address on the shipping label. Sunshine Lo Enterprise will not be responsible for any stolen and/or damages to exterior of packages during/after delivery of packages.

If product itself is damaged or if the incense will not light properly, please contact us to discuss exchange options. 

​

If you received an email that your package was delivered and you have not yet received your package, please contact your local delivery provider.

​

If your package is being held for pick-up at your local delivery provider, you can use your tracking link sent by Sunshine Lo Enterprise to retrieve your package.

Return Policy

 

Our Return and Exchange Policy depends on a number of factors, including, the type of product purchased, and the time elapsed since the date of purchase. Specifically, Sunshine Lo Enterprise Return Policy is a follows: 

 

Incense and Holders - You may return any of our products within 7 days of receiving the order for a refund as long as the incense has not yet been opened/burned. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges - Customers may exchange any of our products within 7 days of receiving the item, for an exchange of another Sunshine Scents item of equal or lesser value as long as the product is unused and is in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Promotion/Discount/Sale Items - All promotional items, discounted items, and sale items are final sale. This includes flash sales and promotional offers.

​

Shipping - The customer will be responsible for all costs relating to shipping any product back to us. Please make sure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all pieces and documentation that were included when you received it.

Damaged Items - When your order arrives, please inspect the interior of box for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the exterior of the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred  directly to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us at sunshinelomia@gmail.com.

**Please provide the order number along with your best phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide images of the damages incurred and retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

 

 

How to Return an Item

​

To return an item, please email us for a proper return authorization (RA). Once you receive the RA, please send back the product in its original packaging. Remember, it is your responsibility to pack and ship the product safely. Using trackable shipping is highly recommended, as Sunshine Lo Enterprise is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once the product has been received and has passed inspection, please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return for us to process the refund or exchange.
